This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and costs associated with the delivery of our curated apparel collections, including Men’s Tank Tops, Polo Shirts, and T-Shirts, as well as Women’s Blouses, Dresses, and Skirts. Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently at your doorstep.

2. Detailed Shipping Rates

We believe in simplicity when it comes to shipping costs. Regardless of the number of items in your cart—whether you are purchasing a single T-shirt or a complete collection of dresses and skirts—we apply a transparent flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders within the United States.

3. Order Handling and Fulfillment

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) from Monday through Friday will begin processing within the same or the following business day. Our handling time typically ranges from 1 to 2 business days. During this period, we conduct quality checks on your items, package them securely, and prepare the necessary documentation for our carriers.

Orders received after the 5:00 PM EST cut-off on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday. Please note that national holidays may slightly extend the handling period as our logistics center remains closed during those times.

4. Transit and Delivery Times

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated transit time is 2 to 6 business days. Total delivery time is calculated by adding the handling time to the transit time. Therefore, most customers receive their orders within 3 to 8 business days after the order date across the United States.

5. Delivery Services & Carriers

To ensure reliable and professional delivery across the United States, we partner with the most reputable domestic carriers. Depending on your location and the package size, your order will be delivered via:

• USPS (United States Postal Service): Primarily used for residential deliveries and smaller packages.
• UPS (United Parcel Service): Utilized for larger shipments and expedited ground transit.
• FedEx: Employed to ensure timely delivery in specific regional zones.

6. Shipment Tracking

Transparency is a cornerstone of our service. Once your order has been dispatched from our Hastings warehouse, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or household members first. If the package remains missing after 48 hours from the “Delivered” status, please contact our customer support. Undergroundwearco is not responsible for packages stolen from a secure delivery location, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
