Because our fulfillment system is designed for efficiency, there is a limited window of time to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.
1. Cancellation Window
To ensure your order is successfully cancelled, you must contact us within the timeframe specified below. Once an order has entered the handling phase (1-2 business days), it can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
If you change your mind, please email us immediately at support@undergroundwearco.shop. To help our team identify your request quickly, please use the following subject line: URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number].
If the cancellation request is received within the 2-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
3. Modifying Your Order
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to change any of the following details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order:
- Size or Color: Swapping a Men’s Polo size or changing a Dress color.
- Shipping Address: Correcting typos or updating the delivery location.
- Quantity: Adding or removing items from your order.
Please note that address changes requested after 2 hours may not be possible as the order may have already been labeled and staged for pickup by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4. If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched from our Hastings warehouse, we cannot stop the delivery or change the destination. In this case, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the items for a refund. Please do not “Refuse Delivery” as this can lead to packages getting lost in the carrier’s system and may delay your refund.
5. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
When an order is successfully cancelled, the full amount—including the $6.99 shipping fee—will be refunded. Per our standard policy, refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
