1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

- For repeat offenders, to terminate such content provider’s or user’s access to the Service.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If the content provider or user believes that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is either not infringing, or the content provider has the right to post and use such material, the content provider must send a counter-notice. This counter-notice must contain the material identification, a statement of good faith belief that the removal was a mistake, and the user’s contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
If a counter-notice is received by the Designated Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored at our discretion.
4. Misrepresentation Under DMCA
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure you are the legal copyright owner or authorized representative before submitting a claim regarding our apparel imagery, descriptions, or website content.
