2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • The request must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
  • Apparel must be free of stains, odors (perfume, smoke), or pet hair.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are exempt from being returned:

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to officially post to your statement.

5. No Fees Policy

We believe you shouldn’t be penalized for trying our clothing. Undergroundwearco does not charge any restocking fees or administrative handling fees for returned items. You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a Polo but received a T-shirt), contact us immediately. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you and ensure a replacement or full refund is handled as a priority.
